EXCEPT WHEN OTHERWISE STATED IN WRITING THE COPYRIGHT HOLDERS AND/OR OTHER PARTIES PROVIDE THE PROGRAMS OR FILES "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE PROGRAMS OR FILES IS WITH YOU. SHOULD THE PROGRAMS OR FILES PROVE DEFECTIVE, YOU ASSUME THE COST OF ALL NECESSARY SERVICING, REPAIR OR CORRECTION.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT UNLESS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW OR AGREED TO IN WRITING WILL ANY COPYRIGHT HOLDER, OR ANY OTHER PARTY WHO MODIFIES AND/OR CONVEYS THE PROGRAM AS PERMITTED ABOVE, BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY GENERAL, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PROGRAMS OR FILES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA OR DATA BEING RENDERED INACCURATE OR LOSSES SUSTAINED BY YOU OR THIRD PARTIES OR A FAILURE OF THE PROGRAMS OR FILES TO OPERATE WITH ANY OTHER PROGRAMS), EVEN IF SUCH HOLDER OR OTHER PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Term

The licence is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by removing the software or files together with all copies in any form from your computer. It will also terminate upon conditions set forth elsewhere in the agreement or if you fail to comply with any term or condition of this agreement. You agree upon such termination to destroy the software or files with all copies in any form.

Estimated delivery

The date specified in section delivery times are approximate and StarworksArt Studio can not be held responsible for any delay in delivery. We will do everything its possible that would bring rewards in time, but if delays happens we will inform customers about the delays in the delivery on our site.

General

You acknowledge that you have read this agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. You further agree that it is the complete and exclusive statement of the agreement between us that supersedes any proposal or prior agreement, oral or written, relating to the subject matter of this agreement. StarworksArt Studio only grants the use of this software by means of this agreement. StarworksArt Studio specifically retains ownership of the software or files.
