MISSION 2 - Silent Storm

OBJECTIVES:

1. Capture 3 flying islands using jet-jumping and Tesla-katans.

2. Destroy 2 enemy’s Extractors using long-ranged weapons.

WARNING: Do not dive into the water! It can destroy your reactor.

NOTE: In this mission strategy mode is not available!

DESCRIPTION:

 This is a reconnaissance and raiding operation. We have to find a place where we can build a base for logistic support of our troops advancing on the surface of the planet. For this purpose, the command has chosen a small volcanic island which once had our mines. However, our reconnaissance has found some activity of the enemy units in this sector, making a head-on attack on the island too risky for our troops. Therefore, before the start of the offensive, you have to erode a bit their positions on the coast. Our main forces are too far away, so the strategic mode is not available for this mission. You will fight using only your cyber-avatar. Use the cyber-raider “Archangel” to prevent the resource extraction by the enemy. Without the provision of the resources, they will not be able to defend its coastal position for a long time. Keep you ARK drifting away from the coast to avoid its destruction by the coastal defense of the enemy. Get to the coast, mopping sequentially up all the flying islands from the aliens.

INCOMING MESSAGE:

- Greetings, Commander! This is a reconnaissance and raiding operation. You have to damage the enemy’s logistics before our troops begin assaulting the island.

- Our main forces are too far away, so the strategic mode is not available for this mission. You will fight using only your cyber-avatar.

- OBJECTIVE I: First, take the 3 flying islands, one by one, using a jetpack for long jumps.

- TIP: Use the Tesla-katana to kill the enemies that lurk on the flying islands.

- TIP: Do not forget to restore the energy level before each jump to the next island.

- OBJECTIVE II: Use the crossbow with armor-piercing arrows to destroy the first Extractor of the aliens from a distance.

- OBJECTIVE II: Then, you should land on the coast to find the next Extractor. Kill all the enemies found on your way.

- TIP: Use the arrows with homing warheads against the enemy’s air units. They will be available as you earn enough money and gain experience in the battle.
